Learning to Focus

Okay, I’m back on the subject of meditation. I was watching an interview of Peter Bregman talking about meditation and how much clarity it brings for him in his day. He meditates 2 times per day, up to 20 minutes per time.

It’s not that I don’t have time to do that, it’s more that I am not capable of sitting still. Which is why I am more drawn to the idea. Because I know I need to focus. I need clarity when thinking about my next move.

I wonder if we could incorporate stillness into our workshops?

Manny tells me he’ll be my “f–ing guru”. I guess that’s his way to be endearing. 🙂 Or he feels sorry for his friend!
