You can decide to be happy. I am not talking about folks who have extreme mental illness, but I am talking about the average debbie downer or person who is in a lull. Guess what? It take WAY MORE ENERGY to be down. And especially because it’s at the top of my list as one of the worst vortexes you’ll experience. Once sucked in, the reflection is entirely fractured – and all you can do is analyze and over analyze until you decide to do something about it.
Getting up and out of it is sucky – but once you are, you’ll find that it’s way easier to be light on your feet and grateful for your every waking moment and living family and aging battle scar.
