From a radio show in the 1940’s to a video game in the 2000’s, Inner Sanctum has a lot of pop culture meaning. But what about it’s actual definition = a very private place and in some cases, holy place?
I often tell leaders that they need to find their sanctuary away from the chaos, so they can be alone with their thoughts. We have the privilege of a lot of information and the detriment of information overload when making wise decisions. So we sometimes need to find time to process in our own way.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it: Find your inner sanctum. Sit with your thoughts without judgment for a while. See if you can harness your experience, wisdom, strength and lead your team and life to good decisions.
