Are you worried all of the time? Can you feel the thrum or vibration in your body due to stress? If you are worried, you sound like me. So what do we do about it? Exercise. Try to consume healthier foods. Laugh. I try to laugh a lot. And yet, I still read too much news and follow the rants on FB or twitter and look at my instagram post for happier pictures of people which make me wonder if I’m not happy enough…

So when I worry, it casts a shadow of doubt on my work and creativity. And I can’t afford to have that squelched due to the worry-monster. So here’s a thought.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it: Don’t kill your creativity with worry. Gratitude can help. When we can count our blessings, we realize the glass IS half full, and we can find innovative ways to help others to have something good in their lives, too. The grass is always greener.

Be kind. Be safe. Be appropriate. Now go!
