Are you on a slippery downward slope with bad habits? Popping a handful of mixed nuts and chocolate chips into your mouth as a “healthy” snack during the day (not that I’ve EVER done that before), only to find that healthy just turned super high caloric after two or three handfuls.
I have also been on that spiral into the denial abyss when I tell myself “I’ll start changing my habits tomorrow”, and I give myself carte blanche to do nothing today.
Well, turn your false perception of yourself into a distant thought, and create your new reality for what you really desire. Remember, it’s not too late.
