Recently I heard about the book Good to Great in two entirely different contexts (and cities) and it reminded me to go back to that book and actually read it.
In his concept, the Hedgehog, it’s about the perfect storm between doing what you are good at (your value) what you love (seeing its value) and what you can get paid for (what others value).
It’s the perfect value storm!
