Superhuman Log Date March 9, 2018 #beinghuman #beingsuperhuman #humanup #bandaidsolutions #surgeryonchange

In my last post, I touched on how quickly we react to bandaid a solution, like shortage in a knowledge workforce, and try to fill in the gaps with A.I. because it’s faster.

Systemic change, like overhauling public education, is one big behemoth and there are too many roadblocks to do surgery on archaic policies (or poor leadership). But here’s the thing, if uneducated people is a human made problem, then fix and replace the problem with even more educated humans, not less.

It’s time to take a two pronged approach to change, by treating the longterm problem while fixing a short term symptom.

Your mission to achieve Superhumanness:  Be an Agent of change. Don’t just bandaid a problem, do major surgery on the root cause.

You can do both. But treating symptoms alone is not enough to cure the long term problem.

Be kind along the journey and remember, you got this!
