Sometimes I realize that, by caring too much as a leader, I suffer more. I have a need to help others – selflessly because I love people, and selfishly so that humanity will thrive for our kids’ sake. And maybe I have the gift of generosity, of truly seeing people for who they are. I feel compelled to shine a light on their strengths, as they struggle through impostor syndrome.

I cannot help myself. What do you care about most?
