Today I was thinking about ways in which I self assess. My biggest secret? I ask myself why.
Why did I say that? Why was I worried? Why did I care so much? Why did I feel less of a person because I was being judged? Why did that person’s judgment actually matter. Oh wait, it didn’t matter? Then what mattered? Oh, okay so why did that matter and not the other thing?
And the internal head voice goes on until I realize, oh… Wait. This is a loop. I need to break the cycle.
Your mission to achieve Superhumanness: Break the cycle of self-destruction. Turn off the loop. Time to armor up.
