Too often we rely on emotion for truth. It gets personal. We base it on our own experiences.
Anything in extremes is not healthy. Moderation is the best way to understand when to believe empirically versus tangentially. Maybe there is truth in the story, and we can extract truth into something we can believe by rationalizing why it’s clearly fact versus opinion. Or how it ties to our biases and confirms what we know. Or why we need to push beyond our personal experiences because we cannot know everything, much less adapt to every kind of situation.
Your mission to achieve Superhumanness: Push beyond personal experiences to understand truth. And remember to consume everything in moderation.
