Every day I talk to someone who inspires me. Maybe I’m lucky that way. But I need to, at a time when I’m faltering. I’m not sure what’s next in the big dreamscape I’ve envisioned.
I was telling someone last night who gets business and earns a fantastic living, that I just need to get over my lack of drive to do it for the money. Because I need more! And yet…going after money for money’s sake is not enough for me.
I preach putting human happiness equal to profit, and I live it, too. I believe in profit, I can be driven by commission if I believe in the purpose, and I’ve spent many years doing work to make a good living. But now… I believe money should result from doing good work. If it’s the focus, it’s not appealing to me, even if I was trained that way in sales.
And it certainly works for the players who understand wealth accumulation at the top.
Your mission to achieve Superhumanness: Don’t compromise your values just to get ahead. Find a team who can offer a balanced and diverse view of the collective dreamscape, one that helps with personal fulfillment and where you can still make a living.
