I’ve raced with a crew when I was trying to impress a boy at 27, and I know enough about sailing to know i am better off at the bar. As I’ve watched and learned from the years of being around or near boats, I can say that so much of the good decision making comes from slowing down, breathing through the rough patches and working expediently and efficiently together as a crew to hoist sails and jibe and tack and pull in the Spinnaker. Every person, every role and responsibility and every experienced leader counts.
Your mission to achieve Superhumanness:To lead is to breathe through stormy waters, so you can (methodically) plan when to tack.
Be kind along your journey and remember, you got this.
