Too often we doubt others over our own intentions. Truth is, we’re not always right about have the best intentions over anyone else. In fact, we may not have a very precise compass, especially when we are in a big role and our doubts take our rational minds hostage. So remember, lay all of the intentions out on the table first, and start with your own.
