We tend to Godify leaders. The cults have become dangerous because we don’t question the leaders’ intentions. This happens in religion, politics, corporations, and of course the worst kind of cults and idealogical tribes.
The best leaders have a sense of self awareness, curiosity, empathy and contextual thinking. And above all, critical thinking. And the best supporters understand that everyone is, at the end of the day, only human and just as much of a leader as the one who calls themselves great.
