There is too much navel gazing these days. And by that I mean too much looking only at your own needs, your own life, your own worth, your own trophies.

I try to remind folks that we all expire in the personal video game of life, with so much focus on winning the holy grail prize. Instead, how can we keep our eye on the ultimate prize, humanity’s success?

Your mission to be a better human and better leader: This is OUR time, AND it’s THEIR future. Be mindful of BOTH.
