When I reflect on my four different worlds, I experience cognitive dissonance between the lines. From being a fully entrepreneurial leader working with Fortune 100’s and 500’s, to being an engaged work-from-home which can equate to stay-at-home mom there is a large gap in between. Or from working with high-tech corporations (who are moving the needle in data and AI at high speed) to working with traditional status-quo organizations for whom creativity is a slightly scary word, there is a lot to resolve within these four very different cultural experiences.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it: Create meaning between the gaps, and try to connect the disconnected along the way.
