The other day I received a note from a client with stats showing that purposeful companies are not that important to millennials. Most of what I’ve read and seen in trusted publications such as Fast co., HBR.org, IPR.org or gallup.com, millennials are looking for higher meaning at work. So who do we believe? No matter what, it’s on us to create higher purpose within companies.
