Sometimes my youngest says the darnedest things. From telling me one day to “get my own bloomin’ coffee” when I asked her dad to make me one, to waking up and telling me that her hair looks brushed but it hasn’t been, it just looks that way.
I have no idea where she gets her sass, but I love it.
This morning after catching an NPR segment on Devos’ initiative to expand state funded Charter Schools, my daughter exclaims “of course that’s not the way you change things”. Huh? I asked what she meant. She said “Well, you change your own energy from within”. You do? How, I wondered? “I don’t know yet. I’m still trying to figure it out. No ideas are popping in my head”. Okay, we’ll readdress it when you are older, I suggested.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it: Change your own energy from within. And individually define what it means and how it can be applied in your life. #ChangeYourEnergyWithin
Be kind. Be safe. Be appropriate. Now go!
