A friend of mine asked me yesterday if someone we both know has left their current employer. I quickly went to their linked in page to see if their status had changed. It was strange to find that the company they worked for wasn’t listed at all. So I reached to see if he was still there. His response was that he is still at the same company, but that he doesn’t mix his social media life with work.
And welcome to the next generation, folks. If that doesn’t give you a little bit of hope, then come talk to me. I am very inspired by this idea that you don’t need to define yourself, your success or your whole identity with a job, job title or company brand.
