The other day a friend posted that she couldn’t stop crying when enraged about the recent administration’s ban on refugees from seven muslim countries.
So I messaged her this: let emotion enrage you and logic guide you. Integrate.
Easier said than done.
I can shut down the fountain of emotions a little more every day to focus energy on our Reunification Project. Still, it’s a work in progress.
