Let’s face it. We never quite believe we measure up. Somehow the bar keeps raising after we achieve a new milestone, such that we only get to relish our achievement for a few pats on our back and then move on to the next impossible goal.
So we look around to see what others are doing. We judge them for being less or more. And when they are more, we find flaws. It’s why we judge – so we can feel better about ourselves.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it: Don’t judge others so you can feel better. Find reasons to celebrate and help others in their achievements without fearing your inadequacies. #WhyWeJudge
Be kind. Be safe. Be appropriate. Now go!
