Whenever I have a nagging thought, I find it hard to shake by just saying to myself “enough!”
It’s a problem. I can try my damnedest to be intentional about changing it but I suck at it. Yep.
So when I watch my eldest dwell on her thoughts, I totally get it. And I wish she hadn’t inherited that gene!
Still, I know I have a choice. And I’m slowly learning to choose to let go of certain beliefs or fears or even behaviors. I have to train myself. But it’s absolutely possible
Your mission, if you choose to accept it: Choose to let go of whatever holds you back. Is it a bad experience that you don’t want to reoccur? Is it a bad habit you can’t shake? Is it fear of picking up the phone. Let. It. Go.
