We never stop learning. And something about not knowing still triggers us. So much so, we stop listening when we sense we should have all the answers in our job. This happens all of the time. To very smart people, by the way. All human beings hear what they want to hear.
So if we can’t admit we can’t know it all, no matter how old or how experienced, we stop learning.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it: Hit the reset button and take care to learn more, even when you feel you are too old or you have learned it all.
Be kind. Be safe. Be appropriate. Now go!
