Just as Liz Lemon has her Dating Dealbreakers (remember those from 30 Rock?), we think there are some employment deal-breakers… Things to watch out for in your workplace that might be clues it’s time to move on. We’re only half kidding.

If your boss’s idea of employee retention is to try to convince you that you’re so pathetic you could never get another job…
That’s a dealbreaker, folks!
If you are hired with a promise that you can hone your experience in a certain area, and after a year, you are no closer to that goal, no wait, you are actively restricted from that goal…
That’s a dealbreaker, folks!
If your micro-managing boss regularly Skypes you from the room next door asking you to come into his/her office (even though you can hear them just fine from where they are sitting)…
That’s a dealbreaker, folks!
